This life-size brain model presents the important features and cortical regions of the brain in a detailed and colourful representation. The right half of the model is coloured so that the four lobes of the brain are easily distinguishable: the frontal lobe, lateral lobe, temporal lobe and occipital lobe. The left half of the model can be divided into four parts and shows the frontal and lateral lobes, the temporal and occipital lobes as well as the brain stem and cerebellum. In addition, the five cortical areas of the brain can be seen on the left half: the motor cortex, the sensory cortex, the visual cortex, the motor speech centre (Broca's area), the auditory cortex and the Wernicke's centre. This model can be combined with the skull models art. no. 4500, 4505, 4508, 4509, 4512, 4514, 4701 and 4708 and is also compatible with the falx cerebri model art. no. C925.
