How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water). You should stand or sit upright when taking the medicine.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 month without medical advice if the symptoms have not improved after this time. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor. Maximum duration of treatment: 3 months.

Overdosing?

Have you forgotten to take it?
Continue as normal (i.e. not with double the prescribed amount) at the next prescribed time.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The ingredients come from the lavender plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:

- Appearance: hardy semi-shrub with narrow-lanceolate grey-green leaves on upright branches, small purple tubular flowers with an intense fragrance are borne in spike-shaped inflorescences
- Occurrence: Mediterranean region
- Main constituents: essential oil (linalool, linalyl acetate)
- Plant parts and preparations used: mainly extracts and distillates of the flowers
Linalool and linalyl acetate in particular are said to be responsible for the calming and antispasmodic effect of lavender. Linalool also inhibits the growth of some germs.
