Lefax® extra liquid capsules are a reliable solution for gas-related gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence. The liquid capsules are small and easy to swallow. Lefax® extra products have a higher dosage but are still well tolerated as they have a purely physical effect. The active ingredient simeticone changes the surface tension of the gas bubbles that form during digestion and cause pressure. Lefax® extra causes these bubbles to disintegrate and the air in the stomach to dissolve. It is also safe for pregnant women.

It is suitable for adolescents and adults, as well as for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Take one to two liquid capsules 1-3 times a day with or after meals, unchewed and with sufficient liquid. It can also be taken before going to bed if necessary.
