The Manuthera 242 is a one-size-fits-all treatment table for demanding examinations and treatments by manual therapists of various orientations such as OMT physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, naprapaths, sports massage therapists, orthopaedists, etc. The Manuthera 242 takes therapeutic work to a new level and, thanks to its patented operating concept based on two synchronised lifting motors in a high-tech structure, supports unique multiple traction options and a variety of other functions.
The patient can be moved gently and quietly into the desired therapeutic and anatomical positions. Mobilisations can be performed in 3 dimensions using traction, flexion, lateral flexion and rotation with the help of gravity. The design of the table with the dual motor drive and bearings on all moving parts improves the ergonomics of therapeutic work and makes it less stressful, leading to better therapy results.

- New two-part thorax section for vertical movements as well as a 3D rotational movement. A unique way to mobilise and manipulate the thorax.
- Bi-directionally adjustable head section for the most sophisticated 3D functionality to mobilise the cervical spine and neck through vertical and lateral head movements.
- Arm sections with continuous height adjustment and lateral movement options. The arm sections can be swivelled to the side and used as a couch extension.
- Easily adjustable, ergonomic and stable levers for fixing the upholstered surfaces in the desired position.

The Manuthera 242 is the world's first therapy table with two synchronised lifting motors. The dual motor technology enables smooth and easy adjustment and makes the therapist's work easier. The automatic safety device recognises whether something is jammed in the frame and stops the movement. The table is then raised and the frame is freely accessible.
