What should you be aware of?
- Caution in case of allergy to pig protein! How does the ingredient of the medicine work?
The medicine consists of digestive enzymes obtained from the pancreas of pigs. These are very similar to the naturally occurring digestive enzymes in the human gastrointestinal tract and mix with the chyme in the stomach and intestines after ingestion. There they help to break down the food by splitting the fats, proteins and carbohydrates into smaller units. In this way, the digestion of food is supported. These are then absorbed into the blood or lymph and distributed to the cells of the individual tissues via these transport routes.Use
- Functional disorders of the pancreas and the resulting digestive problemsDosage
As the dosage of the medicine depends on various factors, it should be individually tailored to you by your doctor.
