Pflügerplex® Colocynthis 192 H is a homeopathic medicine for the relief of lower back pain. The active ingredients include Cimicifuga racemosa D3, Toxicodendron quercifolium D6, Citrullus colocynthis D4 and Bryonia D4. Side effects are ethanol. It is used for diseases of the musculoskeletal system, especially to improve back pain. The recommended dosage for acute conditions is 5 drops every half to full hour, at most 6 times a day. For chronic conditions it should be taken 1-3 times a day. Reduce the frequency of use as the symptoms improve. Consult a homeopathic therapist for use beyond one week. Avoid long-term use without medical advice.
