Pollstimol® - Herbal medicine for prostate diseases
Pollstimol® is a herbal medicine that has been specially developed to relieve urination problems caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It contains an extract mixture of grass pollen (rye, Timothy grass, maize) which, when taken regularly, relieves the symptoms of an enlarged prostate without treating the enlargement itself.
Indications:
- Relief of micturition problems in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) stages I-II according to Akten or II-III according to Vahlensieck.
Dosage and application:
- Usual dose: 2 hard capsules 2-3 times daily (daily dose: 4-6 capsules).
- Directions: Take capsules unchewed with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.
- Duration of use: At least 3 months; the duration of use is not limited in time.
Side effects:
- Occasional: Mild gastrointestinal complaints.
- Very rare: Allergic skin reactions. If this occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Important information:
- Regular medical check-ups are recommended, as the medication only improves the symptoms but does not cure prostate enlargement.
- If there is blood in the urine or acute urinary retention, a doctor should be consulted.
- No special precautions required for roadworthiness and machine operation.
