Recommended intake: Adults take 2 tablets twice daily for the first 2 weeks, then 1 tablet twice daily with a meal and liquid.

L-arginine aspartate, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), taurine, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), polyvinylpyrrolidone (bulking agent), pycnogenol (bark extract from French maritime pine), Magnesium salts of fatty acids (emulsifier), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), polydextrose (bulking agent), colouring agents (titanium dioxide, brilliant blue indigotine, allura red, edible oil).
