Certified organic sea spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata) from the Atlantic - sustainably harvested and gently air-dried at 40 °C. Versatile in salads, soups and as an ingredient in the kitchen. Rich in natural iodine; therefore use in moderation. Suitable for customers.
Application & instructions
Wash thoroughly before consumption and soak in cold water for 25-30 minutes. Then rinse and process as desired. The volume increases approximately sixfold during soaking.
