This Atlantic seaweed, also known as reed seaweed, has long, thin leaves that resemble spaghetti, which is why it bears this name. 100% sea spaghetti seaweed (Himanthalia elongata) from certified organic farming.
Preparation
Before eating, wash the sea spaghetti thoroughly and soak in water for about 25-30 minutes. Then rinse and use as desired in dishes such as salads, soups or as a pizza topping. Soaking increases the volume of the seaweed sixfold.
Recommended intake
Sprinkle 2 g of seaweed over food or incorporate into dishes every day.
