The SmartCase SC1240 is a robust outdoor AED case, specially designed to protect life-saving equipment in extreme conditions. Manufactured from high quality stainless steel and a special protective coating, it offers outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.
Features and characteristics:
- Materials and protection: the housing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a protective coating that provides optimum protection for the AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
- Temperature management: Equipped with an electric heating element and active ventilation as well as an impact-resistant polycarbonate window. The housing is fully insulated to save energy and protects the AED from extreme temperatures down to -20° C.
- Security and access control: The SC1240 has a reliable mechanical code lock system. By entering a personal code and turning the lock 90 degrees to the right, the door can be opened and the AED easily removed. This system is independent of the power supply and ensures that power failures do not affect access.
- Alarm and display: After opening the housing, a red LED lights up and an intermittent alarm signals the removal of the AED.
- Power supply: The SmartCase is connected to a standard 230 V or 110 V power supply. The supplied adapter converts the voltage to a safe 24 V, which is used to operate the case.
